On that date, I will be leaving the wonderful State of Connecticut and my professional affiliation with the practice for other opportunities in Florida.
Although I am excited about my new endeavors, I find it difficult to leave behind my practice of 35 years and so many patients many of whom I have grown to cherish and who have become such good friends.

As you must know, I didn't take this transition lightly and spent over two years looking for just the right person to inherit my legacy.
