Through cosmetic surgery, people are changing their lives every day. They are growing. They are having special procedures done in ways never before dreamed possible and getting back some of their vigor, enthusiasm, hope, and future. It is the face and body that receive correction - but it is the heart and soul that receives new life. Our purpose here at the Center is to bring together the art and science of medicine, giving you the highest quality care.
An article in Prime-the International Journal of Aesthetic and Antiaging Medicine noted that lifestyle changes may reduce aging. A study from the medical journal Lancet Oncology was cited which showed that when 30 men with prostrate cancer were placed on lifestyle changes (improved diet; exercise; and stress reduction) for 3 months they showed a 29.84% increase in telomerase activity.
Telomeres are part of our chromosomes and are a biological marker for aging. Shortening of telomeres is associated with aging. Increase telomerase activity is associated with reduced aging.

When you have done so, you may proceed.
Some patients know precisely what concerns them and what areas they desire to have improved.
Others are not sure.
They just know they are concerned with general aging changes or that "tired" look.
In either case, it is important for you and your doctor to have a clear understanding of the look you wish to achieve with surgery.
I like to start by pointing out to patients that beauty is really the symmetry, harmony, and proportion of one's face.

Many of our patients travel from other parts of the country for their cosmetic procedures.
Or staff is dedicated to assisting our out-of-town patients every step of the way to ensure their experience exceeds expectations!
While there are a few extra factors involved in traveling for cosmetic surgery, we hope to provide you with all the information you need to easily plan and prepare for your cosmetic procedure.
Customarily we see patients for consultation and then see them for their preoperative visit approximately two weeks prior to their procedure.
