He attended The Stuyvesant High School, the premier public math and science high school in the country, where he confirmed his lifelong desire to be a physician.
In 1993, Dr. Wilensky was one of just nine graduating high school seniors across the nation to be invited to attend both undergraduate and medical school at the University of Michigan as part of the prestigious 7-Year Integrated BS-MD dual degree program.
