This is done by the insertion of silicone gel (gummy bear) or salt water filled breast (saline) implants through a skin incision in the chest wall.
The implants are placed beneath the existing breast tissue or beneath your pectoralis muscle.
If you are a candidate for this procedure, you will have the opportunity to try on various breast implant sizes at your consultation.
