Services
I've had several facial rejuvenation procedures by Dr. Olding over the last 7 years and they have all been excellent.
In every instance, Dr. Olding listened carefully to what I wanted done and he provided good feedback on what he would recommend.
He's very easy to speak with, very friendly and kind, as is all his staff.
Previously, I had a procedure done in Los Angeles, so I have a good basis for comparison.
Dr. Olding is, by far, better.
No scarring soon after surgery; a very natural look; and 15 to 20 years younger looking!
Our plastic surgery facility in Washington, DC, is dedicated to helping patients look and feel their absolute best with advanced cosmetic services.
Patients experiencing the early signs of aging such as wrinkles, fine lines, and loose, saggy skin can reclaim their youthful appearance with a facelift procedure.
A facelift, or rhytidectomy, is a surgical procedure to improve visual signs of aging of the face and neck.
As people age, the skin and muscles of the face region begin to lose tone.
A facelift improves the sagging facial skin, jowls, and loose neck skin by lifting the soft tissues.
The early signs of aging will appear in many different forms as you get older.
One area where it begins to appear prominently over the course of time is the neck.
Eventually, the neck will become covered in wrinkles, deep folds, and saggy skin.
The only way to get rid of these issues and rejuvenate one's youthful appearance is through a neck lift surgery performed by Dr. Michael Olding in Washington, DC.
A neck lift is a surgical procedure to improve visible signs of aging on the neck.
It is not a direct excision neck lift (see Male Aesthetic Procedures).
Eyelid surgery, an eye lift or blepharoplasty corrects excess upper eyelid skin and puffy bags below the eyes by removing excess skin and/or fat and muscle.
It can diminish the look of loose skin and bagginess in the eyelid region.
The procedure is usually performed on an outpatient basis, and many upper eyelid-only procedures can be done in the doctor's office under total local anesthesia, so it is important to have someone available to help you home after the surgery is completed.
The surgery will take about two hours.
Dysport injections (abobotulinumtoxinA) are used to treat facial wrinkles and neck bands caused by specific muscle groups.
They relax muscles across the forehead or around the eyes or mouth to smooth wrinkles and fine lines.
The injections are delivered in the doctor's office, and the recovery is immediate.
The results generally last for approximately three to six months.
Dr. Olding will usually have his patients return for a follow-up visit a week or so after their first injection for a quick touch-up.
