If your bedroom is located upstairs, you may want to stay downstairs or with a friend instead, depending on your activity restrictions.
Stop taking all aspirin and products that have aspirin in them.
If you have been prescribed aspirin by your doctor, please discuss this with Dr. Ruas.
Also stop taking ibuprofen and all other NSAIDS unless specifically discussed with Dr. Ruas.
You may take Tylenol(R) (acetaminophen) as needed for headaches or minor pain during this time.
Gather some fluffy pillows, robe and slippers, glasses, and some good books and movies to pass the time.
