Breast augmentation is intended to give the patient larger and more attractive breasts.

It is done on an outpatient basis under general anesthesia and requires detailed, individual analysis and planning. A small incision is made around the areola (Areolar), under the breast (Inframammary), under the arm (Axillary) or through the umbilicus (Trans-umblical).

A facelift is intended to give the patient a more rested and youthful contour to the face and neck.
Eyelid Lift (Blepharoplasty) is a procedure to remove excess skin and fat from the upper and or lower eyelids.
Candidates for this procedure are those with sagging forehead or brows that hang too low and too close to the eyes.
Rhinoplasty is intended to produce a more attractive nasal shape and/or a nose in better proportion to other facial features.
You may be a candidate for ear pinning (otoplasty) if you have ears that stick out too far from the side of the head.
Blepharoplasty is a procedure to remove excess skin and fat from the upper and or lower eyelids.
Prior consultation, relevant information from your ophthalmologist or the record of your most recent eye exam is necessary.
If you wear glasses or contact lenses, be sure to bring them along.
Care should be exercised in patients with thyroid problems, dry eye, high blood pressure or, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes.
A detached retina or glaucoma is also reason for caution; Check with your ophthalmologist before you have surgery.
Nose reshaping (rhinoplasty) is intended to produce a more attractive nasal shape and/or a nose in better proportion to other facial features.
It may also be indicated for abnormal appearance of the nose as a result of birth defects, injury, or disease.
Rhinoplasty is done on an outpatient basis under sedation, and local or general anesthesia.
The nasal bones, cartilage, and soft tissues are reshaped to improve the external contour.
The semifinal result of a nose reshaping procedure is evident in 3 months.
You may be a candidate for ear pinning (otoplasty) if you have ears that stick out too far from the side of the head.
You may also want to have an otoplasty procedure if your ears have an unusual or undesirable shape.
The goal is to create ears that have normal folds and shape with a normal level of protrusion from the side of the head.
Otoplasty is usually performed on an outpatient basis under sedation and local or general anesthesia.
The procedure lasts from 1-2 hours.
The ears are usually bandaged with a head band type dressing for several days.
It is best suited for patients with loose redundant lower abdominal wall skin, stretch marks and weak abdominal muscles.
A mini tummy tuck is a variation of a full tummy tuck, the scar is shorter and the recovery is quicker.
A mini tummy tuck is better suited for patients with flat, good contour in the upper abdomen but with lower abdominal weakness with skin overhang.
It entails excising the redundant abdominal wall skin and tightening the rectus muscles (vertical abdominal muscles).
Heavy smokers, morbidly obese patients, poorly controlled diabetics, patients who just delivered, lactating mothers, patients on multiple medications or blood thinners and those on a dynamic weight loss program may need special attention or prior therapy to optimize the outcome of their tummy tuck surgery.
